Greg's commitment to innovation and quality was evident in Climate Masters’ in-house fabrication and design shop, with advanced system test evaluation equipment. Known for his expertise, Greg was frequently called upon to solve complex comfort challenges and design systems for large custom homes and commercial facilities.

He was deeply involved in the community, serving for years on the Board of Directors of the St. Johns Builders Council. Greg’s dedication earned him numerous awards, including the Carrier Florida Leadership Award, Habitat for Humanity Support Award, Navy League Military Support Award, and Bryant Leadership Award.

Greg passed away in 2021, leaving a lasting legacy of excellence and innovation. Climate Masters continues to carry his proud traditions forward, led by his wife, Debbie Costeira Schuler, and his son, Stefan Schuler. Together, they honor Greg’s memory by upholding the company’s reputation for superior service, community engagement, and cutting-edge HVAC solutions.
